As we observe Cybersecurity Awareness Month 2026, we are reminding our members that cybersecurity is a shared responsibility. Every password we create, link we click, message we respond to, and piece of personal information we share can affect our online security.
Cybercriminals are constantly finding new ways to obtain personal and financial information through phishing emails, fraudulent messages, suspicious links, impersonation, and other online scams. Being informed and alert is one of our strongest lines of defence.
Throughout Cybersecurity Awareness Month, Huggins Credit Union will be sharing useful tips and reminders to help our members recognise potential threats, protect their personal information, and practice safer digital habits.
